Job Summary

Clean and sanitize all dishes and glassware. Perform extra cleaning duties including bathrooms, floors, and the back dock.

Responsibilities

• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including restrooms and floors
• Take out the trash as needed
• Provide clean dishes and glassware for guests
• Sanitize organization areas
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and health codes

Qualifications

• Can lift 20 pounds
• Willing to help out in other areas of the kitchen
