Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all dishes and glassware
• Perform extra cleaning duties including bathrooms, floors, and back dock
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness, including restrooms and floors
• Take out the trash as needed
• Provide clean dishes and glassware for guests
• Sanitize and organize work areas
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and health codes

Requirements

• Ability to lift 20 pounds
• Willingness to help out in other areas of the kitchen
