Dishwasher

Responsibilities

• Use established guidelines to correctly utilize and maintain the dish machine.
• Wash glasses and dishes in standard dish racks.
• Wash pots and pans only in the designated pot washer's area.
• Ensure all required cleaning is performed to keep the kitchen neat and clean at all times, including sweeping up broken glass/dishes and mopping up spills.
• Empty full and heavy trash cans, ensuring they are sprayed and sanitized after each use, and place new trash bags in the containers after cleaning.
• Follow all MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) protocols and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties in various areas of the kitchen as assigned, including assisting with plating for banquet events when needed.

Pay

Starting pay: $12.78 per hour
