Job Summary

Pine Trace Golf Club is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our exceptional team as Dishwashers. The ideal candidate is hardworking, trustworthy, polite, and eager to uphold our commitment to excellence. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Responsibilities

• Washing dishes
• Auxiliary food preparation in the kitchen
• Bussing of tables
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness by adhering to food safety procedures and regulations
• Auxiliary staff in unloading and storing deliveries
• Trash and recycling removal
• Other duties as required

Candidate Requirements

• Friendly and outgoing: Able to interact positively with guests and staff
• Self-motivated: Proactive in identifying and completing tasks without constant supervision
• A team player: Willing to collaborate closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
• Detail-oriented: Able to efficiently handle multiple support tasks in a timely manner

Job Requirements

• Standing for extended periods of time
• Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs and above
• Ability to walk, bend, reach, and lift

Qualifications

• Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including afternoon, evening, and weekend, and holiday shifts, particularly during the school year and summer season
• Experience: Prior experience in restaurant or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory

Often compared to the finest Northern Michigan courses, Pine Trace offers a natural setting that feels both secluded and timeless. Pine Trace is preparing for an exciting reopening in Spring 2026 following a major course renovation. As we complete improvements to our tees, greens, fairways, cart paths, irrigation, drainage, and practice facilities—along with the opening of our full-service restaurant—we are building a team that will help bring the Pine Trace experience to life.
