Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized dishroom, adhering to safety and health regulations
• Restock supplies and equipment as needed
• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure prompt and efficient service
• Participate in cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the facility as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a similar role preferred
