Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dish area to support a smooth-running kitchen and exceptional service.
- Properly pre-soak, wash, and sanitize dishware and kitchen equipment, following all cleaning standards and correct chemical usage.
- Use established opening and closing checklists to ensure the dish station is fully prepared for service and properly reset at the end of each shift.
- Foster positive, respectful interactions with service staff and kitchen team members, contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
- Communicate clearly with, and assist, fellow team members as needed to ensure seamless service throughout each shift.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.
- Experience with high-volume or quantity food preparation preferred.
- Able to demonstrate strong cooking skills and follow established menus and recipes accurately.
- Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, climb, reach overhead, and work in confined spaces.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
