Dishwasher

About the role

As a Dishwasher at Olive Garden, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing plates, glassware, utensils, and guest and team member touch points to ensure the cleanliness and safety of our restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, glasses, utensils, and other kitchenware
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stocked and maintained
• Sanitize and maintain dishwashing machines
• Handle soiled linens and laundry
• Assist with setting up and cleaning tables between shifts
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to protect both guests and team members

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a food service environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Knowledge of basic cleaning and sanitizing techniques
