Responsibilities
- Set up dish area
- Clean dishes, glasses, and pots and pans throughout the shift
- Inspect dishes as they come out of the machine for cleanliness
- Stock plates and kitchen supplies
- Maintain a clean work space
- Mop floors and clean walls
- Help the Chef with any food prep or detail cleaning needed
- Put orders away and ensure shelves are organized
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Skills and coordination in using kitchen tools and equipment
- Ability to remain standing for an 8-12 hour shift
- Tolerance for exposure to cold and hot temperatures (below 40F and above 140F) throughout the shift
- Ability to hear, understand, and respond to employees' requests in an aloud environment
- Tolerance for exposure to cleaning agents and chemicals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
