About the role

We are seeking dishwashers to join our team at the newly opened Bedford location of Not Your Average Joe's. Positive attitudes are a must!

Responsibilities

• Serve our guests and team with unparalleled hospitality
• Set up dish area
• Clean dishes, glasses, and pots and pans throughout the shift
• Inspect dishes as they come out of the machine for cleanliness
• Stock plates and kitchen supplies
• Maintain a clean work space, mop floors, and clean walls
• Help the Chef with any food prep or detail cleaning needed
• Put orders away and ensure shelves are organized

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Skills and coordination in using kitchen tools and equipment
• Ability to remain standing for an 8-12 hour shift
• Tolerance for exposure to cold and hot temperatures (below 40F and above 140F) throughout the shift
• Able to hear, understand, and respond to employees' requests in an aloud environment
• Tolerance for exposure to cleaning agents and chemicals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
