Dishwasher

Duties

• Sets up commercial dish machine upon arrival and closes down machine at end of shift.
• Maintains daily cleanliness, cleans and sanitizes throughout shift.
• Fulfills cleaning and sanitation procedures when hand washing plateware, pot/pans, kitchen utensils.
• Puts away cleaned inventory in proper storage spaces.
• Sweeps and mops floors, wipes down countertops, empties trash.
• Must be able to lift 40 pound pots and dish racks.
