We are honored to share our story with every guest, and the Dishwasher plays an essential role in making that possible. Working closely with our Sous Chef and kitchen team, this position ensures the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency that support the heart of our culinary operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of the kitchen
• Collaborates with the Sous Chef and kitchen team to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and consistency
• Contributes directly to the quality and integrity of every dish served

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional restaurant or kitchen experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-energy kitchen environment
• Reliability in following directions and maintaining consistent standards

• Keeps a positive attitude in high stress situations with strong problem-solving skills

Evening shifts: 3:00 pm – 11 pm

Attire

• Black non-slip kitchen shoes
• Black pants (no jeans)
• Hair must be pulled back and covered at all times
• Natural nails that are kept short, clean, and free from polish
• No hanging jewelry; stud earrings and wedding bands are permitted
• Makeup kept to a minimum
