Position Overview

Dishwasher – full‑time and part‑time positions at The Chop House (MSV), located in the One 09 building in downtown Madison. The venue includes One Prime, an upscale steakhouse with premium cuts, wine, panoramic lake views, a corner bar with outdoor access, and two reservable private dining rooms, as well as Blue Jack, a chic cocktail lounge and speakeasy featuring appetizers, dessert, and craft cocktails.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dish pit and commercial dish machines efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the back‑of‑house area.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth service.
• Interact with co‑workers in a friendly and thoughtful manner.
• Support overall kitchen operations as needed.
