About the role
The Dishwasher is a critical part of our back-of-house team, responsible for cleaning plate and cookware, and keeping an organized kitchen, supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen. This role ensures that all smallware items are ready for service and that our kitchen maintains the highest standards of organization, cleanliness, and safety.
What You’ll Do
- Perform routine kitchen duties according to chef or manager instruction
- Label, store, and organize chemicals and cleaning supplies according to food safety guidelines and chef instruction
- Stock, clean, and organize kitchen utensils and equipment
- Inspect and sanitize food preparation areas to maintain a safe kitchen environment
- Support a clean, efficient, and professional kitchen culture
Requirements
- Ability to work weekends consistently, with additional weekday and weekend shifts as needed
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including day, evening, and night
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to food safety
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for long shifts
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support the kitchen wherever needed
