Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain high-temperature dish machines
• Follow proper chemical use and sanitation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dish area
• Assist with kitchen prep work as needed

Requirements

• Working knowledge of high-temperature dish machines, chemical use, and sanitation standards
• Prompt and reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization
• Experience with kitchen prep work is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
