About the role
Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar is a neighborhood seafood bar with a lively atmosphere, bringing coastal-inspired dining to Colorado. Our Dishwashers are the backbone of our award-winning restaurants, responsible for keeping the dish station clean, organized, and running efficiently. In addition to dishwashing, duties include food prep, stocking, trash and recycling management, maintaining safety standards, and assisting the Chefs and kitchen team. This role is key to providing a remarkable guest experience and fostering a positive team environment.
We are looking for hard-working, adaptable individuals comfortable in a high-volume kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized dish station
- Assist with food prep and stocking
- Manage trash and recycling
- Ensure kitchen safety and cleanliness
- Support Chefs and kitchen team as needed
Schedule
- Full-Time or Part-Time positions available
- Full availability required, including nights and weekends
- Flexible scheduling options
Pay
- Earn $23–$25 per hour, with opportunities to earn more
- Team Service Tip Pool Model (tips shared among all hourly employees)
