Pay

Pay range: $17.00–$18.00 per hour. Starting compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and other job‑related factors.

Schedule

This is a seasonal position from May through November, with the potential for continued, year‑round employment based on performance and business needs. Must have flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, and organize all cooking utensils, storage containers, and pots.
• Sweep and mop upon arrival.
• Lay down kitchen mats.
• Operate and maintain the dish machine.
• Assist waitstaff with glass storage.
• Maintain plate cabinets and the pantry in an orderly fashion.
• Empty all trash and recycling bins.
• Scrub floors daily.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance.
• Work well with team members, managers, and interact with guests.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Good communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members.
• Basic mathematical knowledge.
• Ability to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and company goals.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lb.
• Must be able to stand on feet for an extended period.
• Must be able to drive a company vehicle or golf cart.

Work Environment

Professional kitchen; may be asked to work outside in all weather conditions.
