Responsibilities

• Maintain stock by assisting chefs in keeping kitchens operational
• Rinsing and running dishes through the dishwasher
• Unloading and organizing dishes according to set guidelines
• Ensuring a clean and safe work area
• Providing food and utensils to chefs as needed
• Maintaining food quality and equipment operation
• Segregating and disposing of waste according to company standards

Requirements

• Some high school education or equivalent
• Flexible scheduling based on business demands
• Passing a criminal background check and drug screen
• Experience and/or training in hands-on equipment maintenance
• Understanding of sanitation-related issues
• Proven teamwork and enthusiasm

Pay

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be determined by factors such as education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
