Dishwasher

Vitall Partners, a franchise organization, is seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team as a Utility Person / Dishwasher. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a positive dining experience for guests, who consistently rate cleanliness as the most important factor in their decision to return.

Responsibilities

• Provide clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to guests.
• Maintain general cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant, including:
  • Cleaning the interior to ensure a pleasant, safe environment for guests and co-workers.
  • Cleaning the exterior of the building and the parking lot.
  • Checking, cleaning, and stocking restrooms.
  • Emptying trash into the dumpster and keeping the dumpster, trash cans, and back dock area clean.
  • Thoroughly cleaning and organizing the utility area.
• Perform duty roster tasks to meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
• Follow local health department laws.
• Stock Cook, Line, and Server areas with appropriate glasses, silverware, and dishes.
• Maintain excellent organization, speed, and cleanliness in all tasks.
• Report equipment and facility problems to the Manager.
• Follow position responsibilities for just-in-time delivery to support guest service.

This position is with an independent franchisee of Golden Corral Corporation. All hiring decisions will be made by the franchisee’s management team.
