About the role

Both Inc Golden Corral is seeking energetic, friendly DISHWASHERS to join their team. Part-time and full-time positions are available, including AM and PM shifts with flexible scheduling. Free all-you-can-eat buffet meals are provided every shift, along with performance raises and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Cleanliness: Provides clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to guests, cleans the inside and outside of the restaurant, checks and cleans restrooms, empties trash, thoroughly cleans and organizes utility area, ensures cleanliness, services, and quality standards are met, follows local health department laws.
• Operational Excellence: Stocks cook, line, and server areas with appropriate glasses, silverware, and dishes, maintains organization, speed, and cleanliness, brings equipment and facility problems to the attention of the manager.
• Guest Service: Knows and follows position responsibilities as they relate to just-in-time delivery.

Requirements

• No experience necessary – training provided.
• Regular, moderate-to-heavy (10-50+ lbs.) lifting and carrying, bending, reaching overhead, standing and walking for 3-4 hours without a break, frequent hand contact with water, use of equipment with moving parts, walking on potentially slippery floors, frequent pushing and pulling motions for mopping, sweeping, and emptying trash cans, occasional use of ladders.
• Work setting includes 95% inside the restaurant and 5% outside (parking lot), work environment includes exposure to extreme temperatures, and some exposure to extreme temperatures.
