Responsibilities

• Uses all chemicals properly in the correct quantities for safety and cost control.
• Safely and correctly operates all equipment.
• Works in a fast-paced environment.
• Sorts all dishware and flatware to ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Carefully handles all glassware and dishware to eliminate breakage and ensure the safety of our team and guests.
• Assists the kitchen staff during the shift as needed.
• Must work weekends as required.
• Is dressed in accordance with dress guidelines, looking neat, clean, and professional at all times.

Requirements

• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift 30 lbs., and bend, climb, or work in confined spaces.
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication.
• Must be able to lift trash cans up to 150 pounds with assistance if needed.
• Must be able to communicate well and understand directives given at any time.
• Ability to work with hot water.
• Be on your feet for long periods of time.
• Previous experience not required.
