Primary Responsibilities

• Ensures all dishes, utensils, and cook supplies are properly cleaned.
• Maintains the overall cleanliness of the kitchen.
• Helps stock supplies.
• Operates dish machine following operating instructions.
• Utensil machine washing and cleaning, including carts, trays, and placing clean items in designated storage areas.
• Maintains the dish machine-washing areas, following sanitation and safety procedures.
• Properly records daily machine temperatures in appropriate logbooks following sanitation and safety procedures.
• Delivers and retrieves Resident meal carts and busses and cleans tables as required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Food Handler’s Certificate or able to obtain within 14 days of hire.
• Ability to pass DSHS background check, required.

About the Role

Era Living is seeking a full-time Dishwasher to join their Culinary Services Team at The Gardens at Town Square community in Bellevue, WA. Shifts are available Friday - Tuesday from 8:00AM to 4:30PM, OR Sunday - Thursday from 11:30AM to 8:00PM.
