About the role
The Dishwasher at Casa Reina Taqueria & Tequila is responsible for performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as but not limited to dish washing, pot washing, general and equipment cleaning, storage and rotation of food and supplies.
Responsibilities
- Handle all foods, storage and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards.
- Comply with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning and preparation.
- Stand for long periods of time.
- Lift up to 25 lbs.
- Bend, climb or work in confined spaces.
- Communicate effectively through written and verbal means.
- Demonstrate organizational and time management skills.
- Show good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of experience in hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
