Calyx Living of Apex is a brand-new assisted living community located in beautiful Apex, just off I-540 at Hwy 64.

About the role

We are hiring a Dishwasher to wash dishes and assist in preparing food items needed for meal service. You will follow established menus, standardized recipes, portion control guides, and food production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes
• Handle food safely
• Prepare the kitchen for peak service times
• Ensure cooks have adequate supplies during peak service

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of food handling experience strongly preferred
• Previous prep experience preferred
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently during rush hours
• Ability to set and achieve goals
