Dishwasher

What You'll Do

• Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes by hand or using dishwashing equipment throughout service
• Clean pots, pans, trays, and kitchen utensils
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, stairwells, worktables, refrigerators, and prep areas
• Assist with trash, recycling, and compost removal at the end of service
• Clean and sanitize garbage cans and waste areas
• Polish silverware using appropriate equipment and methods
• Transport dishes, supplies, and equipment between kitchen and service areas
• Support team with maintaining walkways and service areas at Tamarack Lodge
• Assist with additional tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
