Dishwasher

Description

Buck & Rider is hiring Dishwashers for their Phoenix location. This is a high-energy, seafood-forward restaurant known for its raw bar, sushi, premium steaks, and vibrant atmosphere. The Dish Team supports the kitchen and front-of-house teams by cleaning, sanitizing, and returning dishes and equipment to service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with team members
• Wash and sanitize tableware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Keep dish area, kitchen, storage, and trash areas clean and organized
• Work efficiently to keep up with the pace of the restaurant
• Absorb inventory by properly handling all dishware and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and adherence to health department and food safety standards
• Adhere to company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Support the team with additional tasks, including basic prep work as needed

Requirements

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills with both BOH and FOH team members
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent bending and lifting
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Food Handler’s Card (or ability to obtain prior to first day)
• Dependable, hardworking, and team-focused mindset
