Responsibilities

• Operate a dish‑washing machine to clean dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware, and other food‑service equipment.
• Maintain sanitary food‑prep and service areas, empty garbage, and sweep/mop kitchen floors.
• Ensure overall cleanliness of the kitchen.
• Assist with food preparation as needed.
