Boston’s Restaurant and Sports Bar is a family-friendly restaurant and sports bar specializing in handcrafted pizzas, scratch-made gourmet meals, craft cocktails, and local beers. As America's Sports Restaurant, Boston’s exists as a place to bring the community together around sports events, but also for birthdays, family reunions, coworker happy hours, fundraisers, and more.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the cleaning and sanitizing of all dishes, small wares and cutlery during the shift, as well as the general cleanliness of the work area.
• May be required to assist in the training and development of new team members.
• Cooperation, communication and teamwork are essential traits for our team.
• Maintains a professional image and proper uniform standards while performing job related tasks.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Other duties as required.
• Ensures dishes, small wares and cutlery are clean and sanitized for Guests while dining with us.
• May be responsible for cleaning duties throughout the restaurant.
• Ensures the areas are clean and sanitary for guest use.
• Ensures the health and safety of our Guests is a priority.
• Cleans and maintains the inside and outside of the restaurant in accordance with BPR and local health department expectations.
• Practices proper food safety including controlling time and temperature, practicing good personal hygiene, and preventing cross-contamination.
• Maintains proper labeling, dating, rotation, and adherence to shelf-life standards.
• Fulfills proper checklists and cleaning schedules to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
• Maintains dish machine and equipment following cleaning and maintenance schedules appropriately.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
