Boston’s Restaurant and Sports Bar is a family-friendly restaurant and sports bar specializing in handcrafted pizzas, scratch-made gourmet meals, craft cocktails, and local beers. As America's Sports Restaurant, Boston’s brings the community together around sports events, but also for birthdays, family reunions, coworker happy hours, fundraisers, and more.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the cleaning and sanitizing of all dishes, small wares and cutlery during the shift, as well as the general cleanliness of the work area.
• May be required to assist in the training and development of new team members.
• Cooperation, communication and teamwork are essential traits for our team.
• Maintains a professional image and proper uniform standards while performing job related tasks.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Other duties as required.

Guest Experience

• Ensures dishes, small wares and cutlery are clean and sanitized for Guests while dining with us.
• May be responsible for cleaning duties throughout the restaurant.
• You must ensure the areas are clean and sanitary for guest use.

Safety & Sanitation

• The health and safety of our Guests is a priority.
• Cleanliness of the inside and outside of the restaurant must be adhered to in accordance with BPR and local health department expectations.
• Proper practices must be in place to ensure food safety.
• Controlling time and temperature throughout the flow of food, practicing good personal hygiene, and preventing cross-contamination.
• Proper Labeling, dating, rotation, and adherence to shelf-life standards is mandatory.
• Proper checklists and cleaning schedules are followed to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
• Maintains the dish machine and equipment following the cleaning and maintenance schedules appropriately.
