Responsibilities

• Responsible for washing, drying, and organizing all cooking utensils, storage containers, and pots
• Sweeps and mops upon arrival
• Lays down kitchen mats
• Operates and maintains the dish machine
• Assists Waitstaff with glass storage
• Maintains plate cabinets and the pantry in an orderly fashion
• Empties all trash and recycling bins
• Scrubs floors daily
• Must comply with all company policies and procedures
• Regular and consistent attendance is required to perform the essential functions of this position
• Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers, and interact with our guests

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Good communication skills; able to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members
• Basic knowledge and understanding of math
• Ability to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; able to be on feet for extended periods; able to drive a company vehicle or golf cart
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Professional kitchen environment; may occasionally be asked to work outside in all weather conditions

Pay

Pay rate for this position starts at $15.00 to $20.00 per hour.
