Maintained Kitchen and Dining Areas

• Cleans and sanitizes dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen and dining room equipment.
• Cleans floors, equipment, and other areas as assigned.

Customer Service and Dining Atmosphere

• Provides high level of customer service.
• Promotes a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.

Collaboration with Management

• Works closely with the Director of Culinary Services and/or Executive Director to ensure resident satisfaction with food and dining programs.

Sanitation and Safety

• Maintains kitchen in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times.
• Washes and stores dishes and equipment in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Maintains dish room area in a neat, clean, and sanitary manner.
• Keeps kitchen floors clean (sweeps and mops) and trash emptied.

Supportive Roles

• Assists with the preparation and execution of Art of Atria Dining enhancement programs.
• Maintains dish machine after each meal by cleaning and sanitizing according to schedule.
• Adheres to cleaning schedules as assigned.
• Assists with the transportation and storage of food and supplies.
• Assists cooks and wait staff as requested.
• Adheres to Quality Enhancement standards and standard food safety practices.
• Assists with preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals.
• Attends pre-meal stand-up in kitchen prior to meal service.

Other Duties
