Responsibilities

• Keep the dish area clean
• Keep up with dishes during meal periods
• Store dishes to dry properly
• Tackle smaller daily tasks or projects in between meal periods

• Attention to detail
• Able to follow standard operating procedures and food safety measures
• Independent to fill downtime with smaller cleaning or organizational projects
