Dish Room Worker

Job Requirements

This role is primarily responsible for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing china, flatware, pots, pans, and utensils as part of a team environment. Additional responsibilities include restocking clean dishware, cleaning the dish room, and routine cleaning of equipment.

Other Experience and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in an institutional or retail food service industry
• Ability to interact professionally with coworkers and customers, particularly in conflict situations
• Ability to concentrate and focus in a noisy, damp, warm, fast-paced environment
