About the role

The Dish Crewmember plays a crucial role in keeping the restaurant stocked and ready with clean tools to make delicious food. Responsibilities include:

• Loyally follow and successfully execute our food safety practices and instructions from the Leadership Team
• Keep dish room and storage area spotless and organized at all times
• Multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Prepare three compartment sink with proper chemicals and clean dishes, pans, and containers
• Sweep and mop kitchen, storage, and line area floors
• Clean trash cans and dispose of garbage
• Open and close dish room according to restaurant standards
• Actively communicate with Leadership Team, grill, and line crewmembers
• Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude during all scheduled shifts

• Experience in a similar role preferred but not required

• Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
• Ability to pass a background check

Pay

The starting salary for the Dish Crewmember is $15.00 per hour, including tips.

Schedule
