- High School transcript, DD214, or GED
- Transcript showing 48 college hours or Para-Professional specific training/skills
Duties/Responsibilities
- Absorb and occasionally upgrade skills to meet changing job conditions
- Assist teacher in managing student arrival and departure activities
- Support individual student goals
- Supervise students during learning experiences aimed at academic success
- Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds as needed
- Maintain safety and welfare of students
- Provide one-to-one assistance with academic and/or daily activities
- Stand, walk, and bend/kneel while performing other listed responsibilities
