Responsibilities
- Conduct digital survey regarding guests' experience and present the Discovery program professionally.
- Sell the Discovery program to guests by answering all guests’ questions accurately within company sales quotas.
- Prepare a digital worksheet including all required information for guests who purchase the Discovery program.
- Answer all post-sale client inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow all company and department policies and procedures.
- Perform any other assigned duties as requested by supervisor.
- Meet the established sales quotas for Discovery Associates.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- Proven sales experience
- Ability to make effective sales presentations utilizing technology and work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Technology fluent
