Discovery Program: Equity + Macro Research (On-site)
About the Program
Join us at Susquehanna to explore career paths in investment finance. Through panel discussions, meet-and-greets with employees, and interactive gaming sessions, you’ll experience our unique culture and learn how equity and macro analysts collaborate with traders. The program also covers how these analysts use quantitative and fundamental analysis to generate actionable trade ideas based on market news and events. Discovery Program events will include other roles related to quantitative trading, offering a broader perspective on the teams and opportunities that support our trading efforts.
This opportunity is open to students planning to graduate in the winter of 2028 or the spring of 2029.
Qualifications
We are looking for students with a background and demonstrated interest in any of the following fields/majors:
- Finance
- Economics
- Math/Applied Math
- Computer Science
- Statistics
- Engineering
