Disclosure Desk Specialist

As the Mortgage Disclosure Desk Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to assist the mortgage team in maintaining compliance and processing important changes to mortgage files. Attention to detail is a must for this role! Responsibilities

• Review the loan application for accuracy and completeness
• Assist in providing initial mortgage disclosures to our members
• Review mortgage loan application changes, and determine what action is needed
• Provide timely recommendations and service to our mortgage team
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of mortgage regulations

Requirements

• A high school diploma and three to five years’ experience in mortgage processing or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under time restraints
