What You'll Do
- Prepare loan closing packages in accordance with Federal, State, and Investor lending guidelines
- Review, balance, and approve final Closing Disclosures (CDs)
- Conduct audits related to TRID, HOPA, High-Cost Loans, HPML, and bona fide changes in circumstance
- Review executed loan documents for accuracy and proper execution prior to issuing funding authorization
- Analyze and interpret complex closing documentation
- Research and resolve issues by gathering facts, evaluating data, and implementing effective solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and timely loan closings
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of mortgage closing experience within the past 5 years
- Strong knowledge of TRID regulations and disclosure requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with all parties involved in the loan process
- Proven ability to multitask and excel in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Encompass experience preferred
- Non-QM closing experience preferred
