Disaster Cleanup Technician

About the role

Water Out in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a full-time Disaster Cleanup Technician to join their water damage restoration team. The ideal candidate is an energetic, self-starter with strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide fire and water damage restoration services to clients in Fort Wayne and surrounding areas.
• Work from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, with occasional on-call service requiring odd hours.
• Remove damaged materials, set up drying equipment, and monitor the restoration process.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure they feel trusted and supported during the restoration process.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to be on call one week per month.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
