Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, and PowerDMS.com.
• Analyze data trends to improve user experience and optimize the Services.
• Maintain security protocols to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of personal data.
• Respond to legal requests and enforce legal agreements where applicable.
• Prevent fraud or potentially illegal activities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in cybersecurity or data analysis preferred.
• Experience with cloud-based systems and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
