Director’s Action Group Support

Job Summary

Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a Director’s Action Group (DAG) Support role. This position is critical to enhancing organizational effectiveness by driving execution of leadership priorities, managing cross-functional initiatives, and optimizing senior leader engagement.

Responsibilities

• Track, manage, and respond to high priority taskings from SECAF, CSO, DAF RCO, and SAF/SQ leadership
• Develop executive-level briefings, information papers, decision packages, and staff summary sheets
• Cook up and maintain an efficient organizational battle rhythm
• Serve as a key liaison between PAE leadership and external executive stakeholders
• Facilitate informed decision-making, synchronize staff actions, and ensure strategic alignment across all organizational elements

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• 7+ years of experience supporting DoD staff, headquarters, or program office environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent, high visibility taskings under tight deadlines
• Strong written communication, briefing development, and analytical skills
• Prior Air Force or U.S. Space Force active duty or civilian experience
• Familiarity with MILSATCOM, space acquisition programs, or Rapid Capabilities Office (RCO) environments

Pay

USD $185,000.00 - USD $195,000.00 /Yr.
