Director, Workforce Optimization

This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience in a leading Hospitals & Medical Centers organization. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives, influencing culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce strategy for clinical teams
• Develop forecasting methodologies leveraging data
• Design scheduling frameworks for optimal coverage
• Align workforce strategy with company growth and client needs
• Define and enhance key KPIs for efficiency
• Implement workforce optimization tools and automation
• Collaborate with diverse teams across the organization
• Support recruitment strategies with workforce planning
• Build and mentor a high-performing optimization team
• Lead strategic initiatives for operational excellence

Requirements

• 7–10+ years in workforce management or related fields
• 3–5+ years in leadership roles
• Expertise in forecasting and capacity planning
• Experience in healthcare or telehealth environments
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Proficient with workforce management and data visualization tools
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced settings

Pay

$125,000 – $145,000 annually
