Director, Workforce Intelligence Architect

For a leader in the Information Technology space, this role advances people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives, influencing culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Define AI's role in enhancing human work and optimizing resource economics
• Analyze and interpret evolving AI capabilities to inform operational demands
• Develop frameworks for strategic decision-making on talent versus AI deployment
• Collaborate with leaders to align workforce strategy with business objectives
• Create and manage predictive capacity and planning models for various AI adoption scenarios
• Conduct organizational effectiveness assessments to drive efficiency and innovation
• Translate complex workforce analyses into clear narratives for leadership

Requirements

• 5-7 years in AI, data analysis, or consulting with a focus on workforce strategy
• Expertise in headcount and capacity planning, alongside organizational design
• Previous experience in a fast-paced tech environment is essential
• Proven track record in creating integrated workforce and financial models
• Exceptional skills in analytical modeling and translating complex data into actionable insights
• Ability to tell compelling stories through data, aimed at executive audiences
• Proficiency in systems thinking related to workforce dynamics and AI integration

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay

$201,600 – $263,200 annually
