Director, Workforce Engagement & Change Communications

About the Role

Leads change communications supporting business integration activities to drive clarity, consistency, and adoption during change that brings people, processes, systems, and operations together through effective storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Leads communications supporting business integration activities.
• Coordinates the change communications calendar.
• Aligns communications across business functions and health plans.
• Develops workforce engagement communication strategies.
• Monitors employee sentiment and recommends communication actions.
• Partners with functional leaders to ensure message consistency.
• Supports enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Measures communication effectiveness and recommends improvements.
• Maintains governance for enterprise communication planning.
• Supports enterprise-wide communication alignment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field required.
• 7+ years of internal communications, employee communications, or change communications experience required.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, building executive relationships, managing multiple priorities, and communicating complex business topics to diverse audiences preferred.

Schedule

This position is 100% remote with up to 10% travel required as needed.

Pay

Pay Range: $118,400.00 - $220,000.00 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
