Responsibilities
- Develop customer strategy and execution, ensuring profitability and market share growth
- Manage end-to-end forecasts, P&L performance, and promotional effectiveness
- Lead the creation of Joint Business Plans with key customers
- Enhance e-commerce sales strategy with collaborative stakeholder engagement
- Lead and motivate a large sales team, establishing clear goals and rhythms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sales or commercial experience
- 7+ years of customer-facing sales experience with strategic planning
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams
- Proficient in P&L management and value-chain decision-making
- Strong knowledge of omnichannel sales, eCommerce, and trade promotion
- Experience leveraging data analytics to drive strategy
