- Serve as the primary business and technical liaison between Marketing, IT, and external development/implementation partners.
- Define and enforce content architecture, taxonomy, and governance standards across business units to ensure consistency, scalability, and reusability.
- Lead and evangelize for personalization and A/B testing.
- Lead evaluation and implementation of platform capabilities, including workflow automation.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, and IR stakeholders to ensure platform architecture supports regulatory and disclosure requirements specific to a financial exchange.
- Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and contract negotiations for CMS and adjacent martech tools.
- Oversee contractors/agency partners responsible for content operations and updates.
- Establish KPIs and reporting to measure platform performance, content efficiency, and business impact.
- Drive change management and training to increase adoption and self-sufficiency across content-owning teams.
- Stay ahead of CMS/martech trends and advise executive stakeholders on platform investment decisions.

Deep hands-on experience with enterprise CMS platforms (Contentful strongly preferred); familiarity with headless/composable architecture. Track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder web ecosystems — ideally in financial services, regulated industries, or large enterprise environments. Strong understanding of content architecture, taxonomy design, and personalization strategy. Experience partnering with engineering/IT teams and managing external agency or contractor relationships. Excellent executive communication skills; able to translate technical platform decisions into business rationale for senior leadership. Proven ability to build business cases, manage budgets, and justify headcount/vendor investment. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
