Louis Vuitton America is seeking a Director of Warehouse Operations who will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance, service levels, and cost-effectiveness of our distribution network across four key distribution centers (DCs) in the United States & Canada. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong operational background, capable of driving innovation and continuous improvement for our replenishment services to retail stores. A significant aspect of this position involves managing relationships with our Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers, ensuring contractual internal stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Retail, Digital, and Finance to align distribution strategies with overall business objectives.

Profile

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Strategic thinker with a strong operational background
  • Capable of driving innovation and continuous improvement
  • Strong management skills, particularly in vendor management and stakeholder alignment
  • Experience in logistics and supply chain management
  • Ability to manage relationships with 3PL providers and internal stakeholders
  • Knowledge of best practices in warehouse operations and distribution center management

The position requires 4 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.
