The Director, Greater outlying LA area - Venue Operations & Transportation - LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games is an operational leader within On Location’s Olympic delivery organization, responsible for orchestrating cross‑functional hospitality operations at scale across the Greater LA outlying area venues (e.g., Rose Bowl stadium, Santa Anita Park, Valley Sepulveda Basin Park, Squash Center at Universal) and off‑venue hospitality locations for the LA28 Olympic Games.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning, deployment, and execution of the Advance Venue Team for competition venues in the Greater LA outlying area for the LA28 Olympic Games.
- Drive development and implementation of integrated operational plans aligning venue operations, hospitality delivery and transportation requirements.
- Serve as central point of coordination to ensure all last‑mile functions are aligned, prepared and execution‑ready for Games‑time conditions.
- Build and maintain strong operational partnerships with LA28 functional teams, enabling effective collaboration across venue operations and security.
- Work closely with Platinum Groups, Packages, Services, Stakeholder and front‑of‑house functional leads to align venue‑related requirements for all hospitality products.
