Director Value & Access Strategy (V&A) - Inclusive of Pipeline and Launch

About the role

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions to complex problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring project success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new product strategies
• Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Conduct market research and analyze data to inform product development
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field (preferred)
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams
