Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of Access strategies for oncology diagnostics and computational pathology
- Shape payer engagement strategies to secure medical policy coverage and payment
- Embed access requirements into innovation and portfolio strategy
- Contribute to global Access strategies across key geographies (U.S., Europe, Asia, LATAM)
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams across Product Development and Commercial sectors
- Serve as the Value & Access voice in development and launch decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MPH, PhD, PharmD)
- 10+ years of experience in Access, reimbursement, payer engagement, HEOR, or related roles in diagnostics, medical devices, or oncology
- Experience in oncology, including precision medicine, biomarkers, or computational pathology / AI-enabled diagnostics
- Proven ability to operate in a matrixed, cross-functional environment and influence senior stakeholders
